Dmitri Medvedev and Vladimir PutinMOSCOW. Sept 24 (Interfax) - President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin form a tandem that "has unequivocally demonstrated its unity," though "there are those who disagree with the strategic principles of the tandem," and "they will leave the team," Putin's spokesman said on Saturday.
