Russia Profile, www.russiaprofile.org, a Moscow-based English-language information service consisting of a Web site and quarterly Special Report is seeking a full-time writer/editor.
Applicants for the position should meet the following requirements:
Native or near native English
Advanced Russian (essential)
University degree
Previous experience in journalism, editing, researching
Excellent writing and analytical abilities
Demonstrated interest in Russian current affairs
Experience in working with Web sites and CMS preferred
Responsibilities include:
File stories for the site
Edit others' stories on a daily basis
File stories for every Special Report issue
Suggest story ideas for yourself and others
