INSOR Chairman Wants Kudrin, Shuvalov Or Dvorkovich to Head Right Cause Party
MOSCOW. March 15 (Interfax) - Institute of Contemporary Development (INSOR) Management Board Chairman Igor Yurgens thinks that Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin or Russian presidential aide Arkady Dvorkovich may head the Right Cause party.
"I think that this right project was to enter a more serious stage long time ago at which it should be led by, for example Kudrin, Shuvalov or Dvorkovich," Yurgens said at the presentation of INSOR's report entitled 'Acquiring Future. 2012 Strategy. Summary' in Moscow on Tuesday.
"These people of course may find something useful in this report," he said.
Yurgens, who is a member of Right Cause's Supreme Council, said that the party should be interested in the report.
The INSOR's new report as a "liberal manifestation" may be interesting to leftist parties as well, he said.
Later Yurgens told Interfax that this is his personal opinion that the Right Cause party should have Kudrin, Shuvalov or Dvorkovich as a leader, and the party has not discussed this issue.
