MOSCOW. Sept 20 (Interfax) - The system of missile defense must
have global parameters and it must be created jointly by several states,
including Russia, President Dmitry Medvedev said.

"I hope that this analysis will result in reasonable conclusions. I
have many times reiterated that such simple conclusions are as follows:
the missile defense issues may not be dealt with by two or three
countries separately. These issues have a global dimension," Medvedev
said in an interview with the television channel CNN on Sunday.
