VIENNA, March 13 (RIA Novosti correspondent Borislav Pechnikov) - International observers involved in monitoring the Russian presidential elections on March 14 will submit their first report in the afternoon of March 15, the Vienna headquarters of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) said on Saturday.

The mission of international observers at the Russian presidential elections includes representatives of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

Ambassador Julian Pill Yeats (Great Britain) was appointed head of the mission.

Seventeen international observers will work in Moscow and 34 in Russian regions. Over 400 observers who came to Russia before the elections will help them.
