Dear, dear, dear. I would like to correct an editing error in the web article you published in JRL 7130.
The version published reads:
"The lower house of the Russian Parliament didnt want to let differences over Iraq spoil the rest of the relationship." Actually,what I wrote in the original was just the opposite:
What I actually wrote was:
"The lower house of the Russian parliament protested [i.e., the start of the war] by refusing to ratify the Treaty of Moscow, the arms control agreement negotiated by Putin and Bush nearly a year ago."
