Subject: Information on Russian banking European lobbying group - BIBC
I work at the OECD and am looking for information, credentials, references or press articles on a Russian banking lobbying group in Brussels called BIBC (Brussels International Banking Club) but I could not find anything convincing on the Internet.
Channeling my request through the JRL network seemed to me the most reliable way to get serious and substantial information on this Russian lobbying group. Therefore, I am kindly requesting your help and advice on this matter and would be grateful if anyone who has knows this club could share his experience with me or redirect me to any useful and good source of information.
