Moscow, 15 April: Agriculture Minister Aleksey Gordeyev has categorically rejected the possibility of Russia introducing rationing for food, specifically bread.
"Let us not frighten the public," Gordeyev told the press on the sidelines of the congress of the One Russia party, of which he is a member.
"We have enough food of our own," the minister said.
"Moreover, we are now considering our capabilities as an exporter country, to help solve the approaching world food crisis," the agriculture minister said.
