MOSCOW. Dec 4 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has briefly informed Russians on

his preferences and plans for a New Year party.

"I like everything Russian," Putin said during a televised question and answer session on Thursday.

Asked where he plans to mark the New Year, he said: "At home."

Asked when it will snow in Russia, he said: "When God pleases."

Asked whether he is a romantic person, the president said: "Partly."

Asked what he loves the most, Putin answered: "Russia."
