Job Announcement. Director, Carnegie Moscow Center. Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a leading think tank specializing in international affairs, seeks a Director for the Carnegie Moscow Center. Established in 1993, the Center has a staff of approximately 40. Beyond the Moscow Center and its Washington DC headquarters, the Carnegie Endowment maintains offices in Beijing, Beirut and Brussels. The Moscow Center Director is the Carnegie Endowment’s senior representative in Russia and is responsible for managing both the research and operations of the Center. Successful candidate will have senior level management experience. Research and writing experience in the Russian studies arena or in related fields is a plus. Experience fundraising in corporate and foundation circles strongly desired. Ph.D or equivalent professional experience required. Significant experience living and/or working in Russia and fluent Russian essential.
