Mikhail FedotovMOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - The presidential human rights council will conduct an evaluation of the Mikhail Khodorkovsky case after the sentence goes into effect, and a separate decision on the case involving Hermitage Capital lawyer Sergei Magnitsky may be made in the nearest future.
