I, Putin is the debut novel of Jennifer Ciotta. She has dedicated twelve years of her life to writing and researching the book, including the completion of a Masters degree in Russian studies (with a focus on Putin) and creative writing from the Gallatin School at New York University. In her time at NYU, she studied with the Department of Russian and Slavic Studies, under the tutelage of advising professor Yanni Kotsonis and professors Anne Lounsbery, Eliot Borenstein and Lauren Kaminsky.
