Medvedev to Field Questions Online on Davos Forum Website

World Economic Forum Stage and AudienceMOSCOW. Jan 19 (Interfax) - Questions are being collected for Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to answer on the website of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Medvedev will make his first appearance at the forum that is to be held on January 26 to 30.

Internet users may ask questions and cast votes for questions already asked and Medvedev's answers will be posted online.

No questions have arrived yet as of the afternoon, January 19.

Organizers said earlier that the Russian president would answer three questions. It is going to be an absolutely new format of communication with a Russian president at the Davos forum.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin took part in the forum as a guest in 2009. He spoke only at the traditional discussion, fielding questions from other participants.
