MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - The scale of funding provided by the United States to Russian groups and movements is becoming a problem in the bilateral relationship, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in an interview with Interfax.

"The scale of this activity is making it a problem in our relations," Ryabkov said.
Russia has "repeatedly expressed and formally set out this concern to U.S. partners at various levels," he said.
"It has to be said that U.S. partners aim to respond to these concerns, including by providing some specific data on what is being done, when and how," Ryabkov said.
"We study all these materials. But I want to say that our concerns are still there because the scale of such an activity is fairly significant," the high-ranking Russian diplomat said.
