for Eastern Studies (OSW): "Medvedev's 'manifesto': political
conservatism and economic adjustments" by Jadwiga Rogoza.

Medvedev's article seems to be a signal from the Russian political
leadership that the course of Russia's domestic policy remains
unchanged, while the country is ready to open itself up to investments
and new technologies.
