Medvedev Says Bills Should Be Reviewed By Experts Before Being Signed Into Law
MOSCOW. March 19 (Interfax) - Russian President-Elect Dmitry Medvedev has said he believes that legislative bills should be reviewed by a public commission of experts before being signed into law.
"We have never had a comprehensive view of the possible implications of the adoption of various laws," Medvedev said at a meeting with the Public Chamber's council.
"I agree that bills should be reviewed by a commission of experts," he said.
