Berezovsky is a person who was interested most of all in Badri Patarkatsishvili’s death, believes Russian MP Alexander Khinshtein. A REGNUM correspondent quotes him as saying that he doesn’t believe that death of Berezovsky’s partner was accidental.

“For the last year and half, Berezovsky and Patarkatsishvili were in conflict. Patarkatsishvili had been buying out shares of their joint businesses. The initiator of the split was Badri himself, who started feeling burden of the unwholesome political ambitions of his partner,” Khinshtein said.

“This story with Georgia was not related to Berezovsky; moreover, Boris Abramovich blamed Patarkatsishvili for acting in favor of Russia and got in touch with Russian security services. So I’m sure that Berezovsky is the person, who is most of all interested in Patarkatsishvili’s death,” stated Khinshtein.

Former presidential contender, tycoon Badri Patarkashvili died in London later at night of February 12. A heart attack was cited as preliminary cause of his death.
