Yushchenko Abolishes Court Which Suspended His Decree On Election
KYIV. Oct 14 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has decreed to abolish the Kyiv District Administrative Court, the Ukrainian presidential press service reported.
This court will be replaced with Kyiv's Central District Administrative Court and Kyiv's Levoberezhny District Administrative Court starting on October 14.
On October 10, the Kyiv District Administrative Court suspended the president's decree on early parliamentary election slated for December 7 at a suit filed by the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc (BYuT).
The Ukrainian presidential secretariat appealed the decision at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
