ODIHR observer quota will be distributed among other organizations - official
MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax) - The quota of election monitors that the OSCE/ODIHR that has declined to send for the December 2 State Duma elections has been distributed between the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and the CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly, chairman of the Russian Central Elections Commission (CIC) Vladimir Churov has announced.
"The ODIHR quota has been distributed among three other missions - PACE, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly," he announced on Tuesday.
