Russians Proud Of Their Country - Poll
MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - The majority of Russians are proud of the country they live in, results of a nationwide poll conducted amongst 1,600 respondents by the Levada-Center in late October show.
Eighty-eight percent of respondents said they are proud of living in Russia, with 9% saying otherwise.
The number of people who are proud of Russia as a country has grown almost 20% from 48% to 63% year on year, while the number of people who say they are not proud has decreased from 47% to 31%. The number of undecided remains practically the same (5% and 6%, respectively).
