OSCE to send 70 observers to monitor Russian election
MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will send a delegation of 70 observers to monitor the State Duma election in Russia, spokeswoman of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Urdur Gunnarsdottir told Interfax on Friday.
"We have decided to send 70 people to Russia: 50 observers from OSCE member states and 20 experts from ODIHR," she said.
