MOSCOW. Sept 12 (Interfax) - The State Duma will hold an open ballot on Viktor Zubkov's nomination as prime minister on Friday.

"The decision was made today at a Duma meeting," First Deputy Speaker of the United Russia faction Lyubov Sliska told journalists on Wednesday evening.

The question will be considered on September 14 at 12:30 pm Moscow time, she said.
