Dr. Stent will discuss the Putin Government's vision of Russia and the World.
Mr. Fedor Lukyanov Editor-in-Chief, Russia in Global Affairs.
Mr. Lukyanov will discuss the changes in Russian foreign policy in 2008.

The Valdai International Discussion Club was created in September 2004 on the initiative of the Russian News & Information Agency RIA Novosti, the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy, the newspaper Moscow Times and the magazines Russia in Global Affairs and Russia Profile. The format of the Valdai Discussion Club provides for regular club meetings in September every year. The members meet senior Russian leadership, prominent politicians, and experts.
